Review by hotel critic
During our family vacation at Hoeve Heidonk, we were pleasantly surprised by the warm hospitality and family-friendly atmosphere. As a mom of two young children, I appreciated the attention to detail that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The manager not only accommodated our last-minute reservation but also took the time to show us around the facilities, putting our minds at ease after a long day of travel. One of the highlights for us was the spacious common area and outdoor space, perfect for the kids to run around and play freely. The large, comfortable rooms provided ample space for the whole family, and the addition of a well-equipped kitchen was a lifesaver for preparing quick meals when needed. The breakfast spread was not only delicious but also catered to our specific timing, ensuring that everyone started their day on a high note.Hoeve Heidonk's unique setup, with a farmhouse kitchen and cozy restaurant for breakfast, added a charming touch to our stay. We took advantage of the nearby museum, which was a hit with the kids and provided a cultural experience right at our doorstep. Our family truly enjoyed our time at this lovely residence, and it definitely stands out as a top choice for families looking for a welcoming and inclusive retreat.
